I went on the Master-Cleanse to get rid of the toxins in my body, feel better, etc. I am not overweight, but would love to lose 2-3 pounds. I normally have 1-2 protein shakes daily and eat fruits, salads, etc. I also excersize 4-5 days a week. My only downfall is that I do eat sweets almost every day (I don't go overboard though).
Will the Master-Cleanse eliminate my cravings for sweets, especially chocolate? I am on my 4th day of the Master-Cleanse and feel dizzy and really tired. This morning I felt as if I were going to pass out. Is there anything I can do for more energy? Also, a friend told me that I can do the MC from 5-10 days and if I don't feel better after tomorrow, that I should just stop at 5 days. What do you recommend?
