I love turmeric - it is one of my very top favorite items when it comes to natural health. Sad to say, I am not familiar with the site you listed or their products.
The key to getting maximum benefit from turmeric is to either:
1. Purchase an enhanced absorption product such as the Doctors Best High Absorption Turmeric/Curcumin* that I take every day (two 500 mg capsules twice daily) and chose to put in my site's "Supplement Catalog"* or Life Extension Foundation's excellent Super BioCurcumin, or
2. Take piperine (black pepper) or coconut oil along with the turmeric to enhance absorption.
Turmeric is fantastic, but it is not normally absorbed well at all and needs some help.
A note: Many people simply take Curcumin, which is the main ingredient in turmeric - and curcumin is great. However, whole turmeric contains some beneficial compounds not found in curcumin and so I recommend taking whole turmeric root - which you can also purchase fresh and then chop or grind to include in recipes.
