Don't feel bad. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get things started. I am glad you haven't entirely given up on the idea.
This is day 3 for me and I feel great. No extreme hunger pangs either...I am really surprised. I lost 4 lbs the first day, but that's of course water.
I have to cook for my husband and my daughter and I am surprised how easy it is and how I am not tempted at all to eat. As a matter of fact, I could care less about food. I just hope that I don't accidently lick the spoon to taste something....it's such a habit, just to make sure the seasonig is right....lol.
