Enema

If I were you I would have taken an enema, itching may be a symptom of you being intoxicated by the content of your own colon.

Some people experience a total stagnation of the feces inside their colon, once they start fasting.

If you keep the same feces inside your colon for many days, you may get auto intoxicated by your own feces, that may manifest itself with symptoms of itching.
water enema taken at the beginning of the fast, or also every few days, may help with many negative symptoms experienced during fasting, like itching, headaches, pains, insomnia, weakness, etc.
