Sorry you are not water fasting. Yes, you can do this by eating a full meal in the morning. Then not eat for whole day, it is called intermittent fasting.
If you have anxiety disorder, I suggest you first clean your liver with Dr. Clark’s protocol, till your liver is clean. Then if you are not on plant based diet, start now. Eating bread may not be a good idea, quit dairy, grains, Sugar and meats, you need micronutrients for your brain, good fats and omega 3.
Once you feel like your anxiety is under control wean off of the drugs and then fast.
