I have taken some form of allergy medication as long as I can remember... drixoral in high school and college, and sudafed for at least the last 4 years. Supplemented with flonase on an as needed basis, occasionally benedryl to sleep. I do often itch a lot from allergies. (or maybe toxins!) I switched to a prescription sudafed about 5 months ago.

The rash has gotten a little worse as the day has gone on, larger bumps but thankfully still not red. The rash itches a little but not near as much as the rest of my body - I'm itchy all over!

It's funny but I'm kind of glad to have some detox symptoms - visible ones. The book said they would come, everyone on here said they would come, and here they are! I was expecting it - but definitely hope they go away before Monday!

I have a little bit of an ache in my right knee today, too... LOL. Bring it on!
