thanks for reply, i think i drink 2 or 3 litter of room temperature water and herbal teas.
3 days ago started with herbal tea, then i ate quinoa with zucchini for lunch, in the afternoon i drank another herbal tea and some boiled Broad beans,and for dinner i ate 4 leaf of buckwheat bread with about 100g steak and drink 3 glasses of kefir.
2 days ago started with herbal tea again and 4 leaf of buckwheat bread with Lunch meats turkey, for lunch i ate green salad, in the afternoon i ate about 100g of chicken breast with some kefir, later in the afternoon i ate some fresh french fries, and later at night i ate 1 orange, some nuts, some vegetable soup, 4 dates, some cranberries, and some herbal teas before bed.
Yesterday started with Celery juice, Lettuce and lemon salad, 2 oranges, carrot juice, some herbal tea, and last nigh i ate some nuts, 2 oranges, Lettuce and lemon salad.
I started everyday with 150 billion probiotic capsule and 1g royal jelly one hour before food.
