Ok, after a long fast you really need to slowly build your appetite. Meats should be avoided for at least as long as the number of days fasted, if not permanently avoided. Also too many incompatible food combinations. Nuts and fruits should be eaten on its own, mono meals. Check out food combining charts on google.
You are drinking enough water, however it is not hydrating you, add two pinches of Sea Salt in one glass of water and drink that twice a day. If this does not help do salt Flush. Do not use white supermarket salt.
