No, this is just temporary reaction to what you ate. This is in no way a permanent damage. Our body is very flexible.
Only eat when hungry, not by the hour. Most people get programmed and eat by the clock, 12:30pm, I gotta eat, etc. Drink water also as per thirst, also warm water will help. After a week or so of refeeding, eat salads without oils, add Sea Salt and lemon juice to it.
Stay warm, do light exercises like walking and stretching.
