I stopped my first WOF after 40 days. I still have some symptoms I need to clear up (thick mucus vaginal discharge, I'm still 3 stone overweight, my intestines are very sore and bruised it feels I still have very itchy skin, very dry).
I was planning on eating a salad tomorrow it's 7 days since my fast and my birthday so I thought what better way!?
I'm hoping to get my gut microbiome in balance (thanks White Shark for raising my awareness of that) so any pointers to good literature would be greatly accepted.
