Why would you feel stuffed from the SWf??? Isn't it coming right out again with you??? Are you using Sea Salt ??? The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) should not sit in your stomach, but run right through like a waterfall.

I read that you can do the lax tea at night and also in the morning, if you don't want to do the SWF. I just love what the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) does, but not how it tastes...lol.

What kind of juices do you drink on the juice fast? You make them with a juicer out of fruit, right?
