I started fasting yesterday. I was feeling bloated and frustrated with worldly affairs, stress.
I lost 4lbs in one day. I feel good, had no hunger pangs, some weakness, still working, and have feeling of fasting for a long time. But my plan is to do 5-7 days. I am traveling in a week, so it will be hard to fast during my travel.
I did a salt water flush before I started. I am a lifelong vegetarian but had some fried foods last week.
Prior to fast had some pain in left arm, chest and knees, which are practically gone.
Symptoms of fasting are, too much mucus pouring out, slight neck and back of head aches, intermittently.
