strongyloides??

Can anyone tell if the small white worms are strongyloides? Also, what are the black round objects? They look like insects. I need help. I've been sick since the end of 2006 was in bed for 6 months. I finally was diagnosed with Lyme in 2015, but still dealing with parasites after treatment. I also had first stage cancer in 2014.
