Thanks so much! I broke my fast yesterday with organic carrot juice, it made me extremely nauseous for hours, so after that I started diluting it with water and am doing fine now. Thank you for your sound advice about breaking the fast, I now realise that I will be in a far better position to do a longer fast once I have cleaned up my diet, weaned off my meds and detoxed my body.
Please can I have your thoughts on the better choice between 5-htp and tryptophan? Or is it the case that each one works better for different people? I read that people had reportedly died of an infectious disease from taking tryptophan in the 1980’s, but surely it wouldn’t be on the market today if that was still a risk?!
