Take a look at Banyan Botanicals Para Cleanse which is a good product in my opinion. I knew someone who removed a stubborn protozoa infection using a blend of essential oils. Basil, oregano, cloves, citronella might be worth looking at, there is a blend that might be worth looking into, it is called Omega Wash. It is not cheap but could be worth it and it contains both neem and citronella oils (and others) that match the other article I posted.
