And the thing on the pic looks like tapeworm. I saw something similar after I ate lots of garlic. But it's very important to rid off the worm's head. If you'll leave it inside - the parasite will grow again.
I've never used Fenbendzole (wiki says it cures Tapeworms as well). But Niclosamide (Yomesan) is the most effective against tapeworms, it killed my tapeworm's head completely. Tweet
