I am proud to say that I have completed 3 successful and very uneventful 21 day Water Fasts this past year. My only real issue is the bad breath. My family has to tolerate it and it's not unusual for me to sleep/stay in our back guest house while fasting. I do brush with baking soda and I do use a tongue scraper but NOTHING seems to eliminate the bad breath. The other thing I note is that whenever I run out of my Lysine capsules I will have awful morning breath. I do not take these capsules when fasting and have since noted how much they assisted in maintaining good oral health. I found Lysine in a powder form and have been told by others that it is completely tasteless and can be consumed on an empty stomach. I'm really thinking of trying it during my next 21 day Water Fast if you have no objectons.
