I have enormous respect for Dr. Frank Shallenberger, he is a pioneer in many areas. I have watched his youtube video where he goes into great detail about his experience treating AF and many other symptoms with low dose oral hydrocortisone.
Although the video is very compelling, I haven't heard anyone else endorse wide use of HC. Most every doctor and report I read recommends against it.
Has anyone tried this protocol? Basically 5mg to 10mg hydrocort a couple times of a day.
