Ivermectin only works on adults , albendazole kills juveniles but not so well , moxi kills all stages but not encysted at first , fenben works much better than albendazole and u can use fenben week or 2 after moxi , moxi is only once per month , moxi is like time released ivermectin so no need to use , bendazoles work in tissue and moxi works in blood and muscle so quite effective using both as outlined doxycycline helps tremendously with infections worms cause by dragging bacteria from gut it also sterilizes females , ivermectin misses , no need for pyrantel , 3 meds in my opinion is all u need moxi which u already stated using it , fenben at 10 mg per kg for 5 days two weeks from moxi dosing , moxi and fenben are to be taken with food if u didn’t know , children under 8 would use amoxicillin , and I can help u with accurate dosing and how long for Antibiotics , but treatment would be same as treating Lyme so easy to look up , any questions give a shout out .
