I do not recommend using Water Fast as means of losing weight. I have a feeling that we have communicated about this before.
Water fast will help lose weight, water weight, fat, junk in your body as well as scar tissues. But best way to lose weight is by eating a raw vegan diet and exercising. We donít get fat overnight so to get rid of fat it takes long time of strict regimen of eating right and exercising.
You can do this a few ways....
1. Fast with water only as long as you can, bare pain and aches associated with fasting. Then change your lifestyle with no processed foods, only plant based raw foods, with occasional cooked foods. If weight loss and overall health does not improve, repeat long fast as long as you have 1.5 X feeding period in between.
2. Change how you eat today, eat plant based vegan diet for 3 months and then cleanse your kidneys, colon and liver. Then fast to eliminate all junk that is still lingering in your body. Fast will be easier this way.
3. Combine the two options. Start plant based diet, and fast intermittently, meaning choose your cycle, eat five days and stay on water for two days, or whatever combination you prefer, 4-3, 3-3, 3-2, 3-1, 1-1, etc.
