So today I broke my fast. It felt like I can go on for longer. But work comes in the way.
I attribute the success of this fast to the Liver Flush I did a week before. Also eating vegan diet helps.
My final weight is 153lbs.
I drank water with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt . Then I ate half organic lemon with the rind and all inner parts.
Four hours later, I drank ACV drink with half lemon juice then after half red grapefruit. For dinner, again ACV drink, but a added half tea spoon of cayenne pepper and half a tea spoon of honey. That was delicious. Then I ate half red grapefruit. I drank Kombucha later on when I was hungry,
I have not had a BM yet, unusual for me. I must drink more water.
