I’m curious if anyone can give me insight about the diet prior to a liver/gallbladder flush. From what I’ve read, the different protocols don’t require that you have absolutely no fat for a week before hand. They only say that the day before and the day of you don’t have any fat. But, is it recommended to have zero fat for the week before the liver flush? So that the gallbladder fills up? Or is it not necessary.
I really want to do a liver flush, but I have a hard time having an absolutely no fat diet for a week. So I’m curious how important that is.
