Thanks for your reply.

I need enema's because i think i have some sort of obstruction in de descending colon
I have been constipated for weeks,so i want to get back to using enemas to maybe get stuff going again.

I figured distilled water was most optimal.
I always used boiled filtered water from a British Berkenfeld filter,but now i'm not so sure if that is a good option.

What is your opinion about mineral water boiled or plain,could that be a reasonable alternative?
