I'm about to enter my second Water Fasting day, 3-3-2020. I didn't eat much today. I was very hungry when I entered my eating day. I ate a small meal last night to break the fast, but have not had much of an appetite today until now. I am hungry and could eat because I'm still on eating day. I'm trying to decide if I should eat or if I should start Water Fasting early to give me more fasting hours.
