Okay, I ate a small meal before 11:30 PM on March 2nd as I was very hungry. I was allowed to do this as it was still my eating day. I am looking for an opportunity to extend the one day to at least an extra day. I would like to do this at least twice a month. I know the longer the Water Fast the greater the benefits are. Dr. Nick agrees. Hopefully, I will be able to do this extension in time. Right now, I guess I should be thankful that I am at least able to do the one 24 hour day. It is human nature to want to do more.
I ended my second Water Fast with 24 & 1/2 hours of water only. Again, I watched the clock hoping March 4th would come quickly as I felt very hungry. I am not constantly hungry on my fasting days. Hunger comes and goes. I am hoping my body will adapt better as I go along. The hunger that comes when I know my eating day is approaching could be psychological. I broke my fast with an ounce of sauerkraut juice. I am going to go and eat some kimchi now to satisfy my hunger. My kimchi is packed with probiotics.
I have heard that people are getting amazing health benefits from taking 1 ounce of sauerkraut juice daily in the morning. It is packed with probiotics too.
March 3, 2020 has ended for me as my second successful Water Fasting day. It's only the beginning, but it's a start. I dream of the day when I can say I ended successfully my double and maybe even triple digit Water Fasting day. Those days will never happen unless there is a beginning. I must go through a start, a beginning, first.
