March 5, 2020 has ended for me as my third successful Water Fasting day. I made it for 24 hours and 40 minutes of water only. I wasn't as hungry this time as the clock got closer to midnight. I was able to extend it 40 minutes. Hoped that helped.
On my eating days, so far, I really have not been able to eat that much. When I first started, I thought I would be tempted to eat more to make up for my fasting days, but it turns out I am eating less. I do get hungry. I seem to fill up on smaller amounts and then lose my appetite. I don't like feeling stuffed so I stop eating.
