I fell short of my 24 hours on the 11th so I cannot count it as successful because my goal is at least 24 hours. I did fast long enough to get some benefits so all was not lost. I just had a rough day. I had an eating day on the 12th. Today is the 13th and a fasting day. I think I might have a social event today so I may not make it today either. I plan to be flexible when things come up to make this doable as a person who has to live in this world with others. I am seeing health benefits already. For example, my high blood pressure is much lower. I expect it to get down to normal with no medication if I continue on my plan.
