I have been counting my 24 hours from midnight the first day to midnight the second day. This meant that sometimes I had to enter my fasting day hungry most of the time due to my current schedule. I drank beverages before midnight on my eating days so I could not count those hours as fasting hours.
I am going to try counting my time when I can actually start fasting. It will need to be at least a 24 hour period in order for me to count it as a day. I may only eat a meal and start fasting again if I feel like it. I will count my health product days in the same way. I also think this will make it easier for me to extend my fasting as well as extend my health product days.
Today is March 29th and I have just finished a 32 hour water fast. My eating hours were short as I started fasting again yesterday and finished the fast today. This concludes my 8th successful Water Fasting day. My goal is to get to the place where I can do A2DF whether with Water Fasting or health product days.
