YOU SHOULD loose a little each day, if you have anything to loose and we all do---

1 pound daily is common----------if you loose 50 pounds in 40 days, i have seen that as normal for people that are 75 pounds over weight.


NO HUMAN should weigh past 165 according to correct medical standards
