Strong pulse in the belly - any clues?

For as long as I remember, I have had a strong pulse in my abdomen, just above the navel to the left side. It is very palpable, almost as if there was a second heart in the belly. What is interesting is that when pressed, or when I retract my belly in a certain way, it gives off sounds and slightly moves, or there is movement in a different area of my intestines. Is this an indication of a certain type of parasite? There are some clinical reports of hydatic pseudoaneurysm so that could be one possibility. Tweet
