Cisplatin injection is introduced as a chemo medicine. It comes in the form of crystalline powder for a solution. The standard strength of Cisplatin is 50 mg. The recommended cisplatin injection dosage should be given or administered by injection into a vein. Cisplatin is intended to treat different types of cancers. These include ovarian cancer, testicular cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, brain tumors, mesothelioma, neuroblastoma and head, and neck cancer. The use of cisplatin during pregnancy may cause harm to the fetus or baby.
