Pegaspargase Injection is an anti-cancer drug that is used along with other cancer drugs to treat a specific type of blood cancer where the bone marrow forms cancerous and immature lymphoblasts. The pegaspargase injection is used in recipients who are hypersensitive to asparaginase. The usual dose of pegaspargase is 2,500 International Units/m² intramuscularly or intravenously. The Pegaspargase injection should be administered not more frequently than every 14 days. Store pegaspargase under refrigeration at temperature 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Do not shake/freeze this medicinal product. It should be protected from light.
