Re: Migraines on cleanse day when avoiding fat and protein

Hi. In case anyone is following my thread, I'm preparing for my second liver flush. I made it through the holidays, but relapsed with my digestive system stuff. I recovered, but relapsed again after getting a booster shot. It seems more difficult to bounce back this time (given what some people have been dealing with follwing either having the disease or the v@x, but that's another subject.) A 36-hour fast did help this time as well, but only temporarily. I suspect I have bile reflux. The doctors advise me to have my gallbladder taken out, and I really don't want to resort to that, especially because having it out can cause bile reflux. And if I already have it, I really, really do not want to make it worse.
So I would like to do the flush again, before requesting another abdominal ultrasound, in hopes that it will be better, and help persuade the doctors to give me more time. (My first one showed one stone and sludge, I started learning about gallbladder health and started taking sunflower lecithin, beets and lots of water and turmeric, then the scan at the specialist showed only sludge. Then I did my first liver flush, and passed at least 40 good-size "stones"--yes, I'm aware that real, calcified stones would not just come out like that, but whatever it is that comes out in balls like that was mostly crusted with what looked like sand/sludge, so I do believe it should come out.)

I drank some malic acid in water this morning. I had all herbal teas, and then broke down and had a black tea, so I could put molasses in it, because it's supposed to be a laxative, and I'm constipated. I would like to break this cycle of bloat before it creates worse health problems. I'm trying to eat so I don't get a migraine on Friday. As far as my migraines, I've learned that you tend to get them if you're toxic. Makes sense in my case. I had one few weeks ago, and since I abstain from NSAIDs for my gut, I tried a coffee enema, and lo and behold--it took my migraine away enough to where I could just go to bed, fell asleep and was fine in the morning. It didn't take the pain away 100%, but I would say about 70%. By the way, before succeeding at the liver flush, I learned that you should scale down the recipe--or up, as the case may be--for your body weight. The amounts were calculated with the average 70 kg man in mind, and I'm about 52 kg. That made all the difference for me. I even found a French site with a nice page that calculates everything for you (how much Epsom salt, oil, juice, water...).
