Jemperil: Single-dose vials


The drug Dostralimab is sold under the brand name Jemperil. And this medicine is used in treating patients who have endometrial cancer and solid tumours, as determined by an FDA-approved test that has progressed on or following prior treatment and has no satisfactory alternative treatment option. Dostralimab is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1)–blocking IgG4 humanized monoclonal antibody. Dostarlimab-gxly is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells and has a calculated molecular weight of about 144 kDa. Jemperil injection is a sterile, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to yellow solution essentially free from visible particles. It is supplied as single-dose vials in the strength of 500 mg/10 mL (50 mg/mL) solution to administer intravenously. The active ingredient in the vials is Dostralimab with inactive ingredients citric acid monohydrate, L-arginine hydrochloride, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, trisodium citrate dihydrate, and Water for Injection. The common side-effects of Jemperil are Anemia, Nausea, Diarrhea, Constipation, Vomiting, Fatigue, Urinary tract infection, Decreased appetite, Myalgia, Cough and Pruritus.
