Potassium Citrate and Blood Pressure

Finally, about a week ago, I got serious and started taking Potassium Citrate powder to lower my BP. It had been in the 150/105 range for quite awhile.

I'm taking one teaspoon of Potassium Citrate mixed in water every day, broken into three 1/3 tsp doses.

My BP has been averaging 130/85 since starting. Not bad!
