Water to air furnaces often cost less than $100 per month to heat and cool a huge house---but they require electric and a well. LARGE cities 40 years ago, built thousands of houses with their own geo thermal well where the water is never ever used----it just pumps down and back up------while normal country water to air furnaces just pumps the water out on the ground once it is used...
