Yes All at once
I did it last nite,
Open all capsules & poured the yellow powder into a cup,
I then got a shot glass & put maple syrup in it And Microwaved it 10sec & mixed the CQ-10,water& maple syrup & drank it all..

It was not bad tasting.. no symptoms yet.
I heard it can be over a week before you notice anything so well see.
It was so easy I will do a repeat dose in a couple of weeks to be sure..
