What is this in my stool?

A whole bunch of these where in my stool this morning. Does anyone know what they are? Has anyone had anything similar? I have used everything seasoning recently with sesame seeds, but in order for this to be a sesame seed it would have had to grow inside me because originally sesame seeds are super small and white. Also my poop was green and the "seed" looked like a "bulb" forming or something or like a scrotum! Lol I'm serious. On the end it look exactly what a scrount would like and then the top was kinda pointy but curved like a cat's claw?! Wth?! Tweet
