According to the Book, you may elect to use laxative tea both evening and morning and skip the Salt Water flush altogether. I am on my 4th cleanse and I done both methods. The salt water flush is worth a try (assuming you try with gray Celtic Sea Salt ), but I prefer the tea method. It's much quicker and I can get to work and work out without the interruption of the SWF. Just be sure to watch how long you steep the tea. Too long and you'll wake up with a tummy ache. I stick to 5 -7 minutes at night and 3 minutes in the a.m. Good luck. And don't be scared. It can be a very rewarding experience.
