I didn't think I'd be able to do it either. I've never done a fast before, and I'm one of those people that ALWAYS eats 3 meals a day! Someone suggested that I use something called Hoodia extract for the first few days (since these are suppose to be the worst). As it turned out I didn't really need it, if I sip the lemonade slowly all through the day it seems to do the trick, but maybe it is something that would help you get started?
