Judging by the end weight you want you may be about my stature. I'm 5'4" and started the fast weighing 127 pds. I don't have a lot of muscle. In two weeks I lost 12 pounds. It actually came off fairly evenly, 6 pounds each week. That is very good for me, I'm 41 so I don't loose weight quickly. Typically if I was very strict on a diet I can loose 2 pounds a week max. I have been trying to walk 30 minutes a day but I don't go fast and I have missed some days. I'm halfway through week 3, this will be my last, I don't know yet what I have lost this week as I prefer to weigh once a week.
The big news for me about the fast is that it has been relatively easy. I could NEVER do a water fast. I won't say it is effortless, but it hasn't been difficult to stick with and I have had plenty of energy to keep up with my mom duties. I still cook for my family too. I haven't felt drained or light headed at all.
