Re: Liver Cleanse during MC

i did a liver flush on my 17th day...i am not strictly adhering to the master cleanse this time...i originally started off on the oj fast...so i am kinda alternating back and forth...my original post about my 7th liver flush i describe is in the liver flush forum... i must say i have mixed feelings..it was one of the hardest flushes and the most exhausting by my already taxed body...but to me it was kinda worth it..best ever..i had to rest alot afterwards though...
