You may consider transitioning to juices if you really are developing hunger, but want to continue fasting. Everyone is different and so you may have done enough this cleanse. I do think the later days do go deeper in the cleaning and detox though so perhaps just a bit more liquid support would do you well and still achieve giving your digestive system a rest.
I still was releasing at day 30!! I had previously had to take pain meds after a car wreck and so was not surprised, but I was pleased too, as I saw this as progress.
Another choice I used when breaking and away from home was pulling into a grocery and buying some organic baby food fruits. Handy and tiny. Perfect for that panicky, I need to eat NOW feeling. Of course I did break with the OJ and oranges and then progressed to soup etc.
