what is your goal? how many days? i'm on day 20 myself and i'm not sure how long i'll go. i'm just sort of taking it a day at a time. i believe our bodies will tell us when it's time to stop. are you feeling weak at all? or tired? that would be a sign i would think. so far i'm feeling excellent! there are countless benefits i'm experiencing on all levels.
you should feel very proud of yourself for accomplishing all that you have already..i know i do!!
