Wow.. you've done so well!!! I wish I could... I'm on day 8 and today has been the worst.. I've been thinking of food all afternoon and evening, have been imagining all the things I'd like to taste, even though I'm not hungry. But I just feel like eating and can't get food out of my head. I am so disappointed with myself and I'm worried that when I actually do break the cleanse (most probably on day 11), after the few days on juice and broths I may eat everything and anything I can get my hands on. Is this possible? I do really hope not as I'll feel so so bad!
I've just had an orange tisane and my cravings have gone, but I'm feeling quite down. I've read that from day 7 toxins really start to come out, so can this be the reason I feel like this? I've come up with spots on my chin, and my skin is redder than normal. What should I do, break straight away?
I was so proud of myself until today... I feel really bad now.
