I hope that you don't feel bad about the efforts you've made during your fast. You have done great. What your experiencing is just part of the process of detoxing. Know that your body appreciates all of your efforts.
What has happened to me on previous fasts is that I'm fine with eating for about two weeks after the fast and that is when I get this overwhelming desire to eat EVERYTHING! The thing that has helped in the past is if I fast one day per week with water. That usually gets the urges under control.
This time I'm going to try to do the Master-Cleanse about three times per year. I'm allowing myself to put some of the weight back on, but not all of it.
