Does anyone know if it is less effective to drink a bunch of lemonade at once and then none for a few hours (2 - 4). Or is it better do sip on it all day long?
I notice my energy falls if i don't drink it but when i finally do i'm up in energy again almost instantaneously ...
I ask this question because I work at a busy restaurant and we have strict rules about having personal drinks on the floor ... so i keep running out of steam and having to go downstairs to my locker to take a few quick swiggz and then back to work ...
more specificly: if I drink a LOT of lemonade at once will it sustain me for longer? or will it wear off quickly?
ALSO: how long can i safely keep my lemonade in my locker unrefridgerated?
