Invincible's suggestion is a good one. I, however, did not like the taste of the lemonade using BSM (yuk)! I do like to take a spoonful of BSM every once in a while for an instant lift - all the good minerals!!!!
You may also want to look into taking liquid vitamins and minerals during the MC. Check out the blog " The Master Cleanse Express". There are some suggestions for liquid minerals there.
