Re: day 10

Congrats! Today is my day 10 also. This is my first Master-Cleanse and my first post. I have been reading the posts everyday and there certainly is a lot of encouragement here, Thanks!

I started the Master-Cleanse to feel better and didn't give much thought to losing weight, I had pretty much accepted that I can't control myself. But I did lose weight and now I want to keep it off. I will be grocery shopping today for the real food I get to eat in a few days and I plan to make better choices than previously.

I think I will wait a week or so to do the flush, I have only done one before and I am not ready to face the epsom salt. I am thinking about trying the oil pulling.

It seems once you start cleansing and trying natural cures you just can't stop! Tweet
