congratulations to you as well!!! this is my second full mc i did a short 5 dayer but they are so worth it. the raw veg. forum is a good sorce of recipes and so are the blogs. one i like to read is "raw odysee" i spelled that wrong. but it has good reading. if your anything like me i need the ecourgement and new infor to make and keep good choices. so it encouraging to read these. the best cleanse blog is the "Master Cleanse express." so so good.
